A private multinational enterprise comprising 50 companies and affiliated businesses engaged in distribution, manufacturing, services, and investment. A leading diversified Saudi enterprise and a major participant in the field of global investing.

Overview:

• The successful executive will be responsible for setting the corporate human resources agenda and strategy as well as supporting business unit initiatives.
• The VP of HR will serve as a member of our senior management team, enabling him to establish and nourish a strong linkage between corporate goals and relevant human resource strategy programs and solutions, both at the corporate level and throughout the various business units.
• He will lead a team of Human Resource professionals who will design and deliver development, recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations to the company and its business units.
• He will oversee the performance of Support services, safety, security and facility departments of the company and make sure they meet company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to the CEO with regards to Human Resources.
• Participate in the executives internal meetings.
• Provide vision and strategic leadership, and function as an expert on people and origanisational issues.
• Recommend, develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are complying with local law and motivate the staff.
• Ensure strategic and consistent business partnership throughout the organization.
• Make sure that the company plans are meeting the objectives and getting the required qualified staff in the shortest period of time.
• Direct the performance evaluation process and make sure to motivate and retain the company excellent staff and coach the underperformer.
• Direct the career development plan and make sure it motivates current staff and optimize the required training and rotation plan.
• Direct the development of training plan and make sure of its effectiveness and efficiency and reaching strategic goals.
• To continually motivate and improve HR department process and cultivate staff to outperform.
• Encourage and motivate company staff to adopt TQM in all its processes and relations.

Requirements

• Saudi National
• A University Graduate. MBA (Preferred)
• 10 years HR experience with minimum 5 years in a leadership position.
