Our
client is one of the leading largest Saudi bank experiencing
rapid growth is looking for Regional Sales Head with
the following job profile.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
• Primary accountability for revenue budget achievement
and delivery of other agreed sales objectives, in respect
of Cash Management and transactional banking products
for Corporate Banking customers.
• Generate revenue booked in country, through
the sale of a range of products to existing or target,
working in conjunction with product partners as appropriate
i.e. trade, treasury etc.
• Liaise with clients, RMs, product partners/other
functions to identify, develop and implement cross border
and cross functional business opportunities in order
to maximize revenue/returns for the Group
• In cases, plan, co-ordinate and monitor marketing
of products and services to all entities within a customer
group on a global (GM) or regional (RM) basis with objective
to maximize revenue/returns.
• Primary accountability for liabilities of own
portfolio shared with Corporate Banking Relationship
Managers and on a global or regional basis for GMs and
RMs.
• Contribute to team business plan and be primarily
responsible for the implementation for own portfolio.
• Assist in the development of junior members
of the team when applicable in order to ensure that
the highest professional standards of service are provided
to customers and to facilitate career development.
• Identify issues, propose solutions to problems
and take part in project action teams to contribute
to operating efficiency of team.
• Ensure current ongoing knowledge of entire transactional
product range especially new products with a view to
positioning appropriately within Industry focus.
• Arrange regular proactive meetings with Industry
counterparts in the Corporate bank/FI to ensure adequate
transactional product penetration for particular Industries.

Knowledge,
Skills and Experience Required:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
•
End to end Corporate Transactional and Electronic Banking
exposure on all products.
• Sales and Marketing of Cash Management and Transactional
products to High, Mid and low Corporate clients.
•
Ability to define exact customer requirements to match
with products being offered.
• Ability to work under pressure in order to deliver
proposals \ presentations in tight time frames.
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,
Accounting or Marketing \ Sales.
•
Minimum 3yrs sales experience in Cash Management and
Transactional solutions to Corporate clients.
•
Understanding of local banking laws, products, practices,
procedures and their applicability to the sale of Cash
Management and Transactional products in Corporate Banking.
•
Technical experience in implementation of Transactional
and Cash Management Solutions.
