To implement career development strategy and to provide expert, professional support to the HR function, on the establishment and administration of a career development program; and the provision of advice and consultation on HR operations with regards to training and succession plans.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years expereince in Managemetn of HR activities with at least 5 years in Training and Development.
  • Saudi Nationality
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English, Interviewing, Psychometric Testing and Analytical skills.
