implement career development strategy and to provide expert,
professional support to the HR function, on the establishment
and administration of a career development program; and the
provision of advice and consultation on HR operations with
regards to training and succession plans.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum
of 10 years expereince in Managemetn of HR activities with
at least 5 years in Training and Development.

Bachelor
Degree
Very
good written and oral communication skills in English, Interviewing,
Psychometric Testing and Analytical skills.
