Our client a leading group of companies in the Saudi with diversified business activity in agricultural services is looking for Training & Development Manager with the following job profile

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:

• Improving the productivity of the employees.

• Effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.

• Assessing developmental needs to drive training initiatives.

• Identifying and arranging suitable training solutions for employees.

• Actively searching, creatively designing & implementing effective methods to educate, enhance performance, & recognize performance.

• Implement programs to meet localization requirements across the company.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's in Business Administration from a reputable institution.

• More than 5 years experience related Field.

• Multi-tasking skills, Presentation skills.

• Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.

• Must have tertiary qualifications in human resources, training and development or business studies.
