client is one of the leading largest Saudi bank experiencing
rapid growth is looking for Sales Manager - Brokerage
with the following job profile.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
• Coordinates all sales channels (Investment Centers,
E-Channels, Ladies Centers, Central Trading Unit, International
Shares) according to defined banks Strategic guidelines.
• Improves efficiency through continuous follow
up of major actions for each channel.
• Directs and controls each Channel manager’s
duties & responsibilities.
• Follows up on the targets of each channel manager.
• Leads and manages sales budget.
• Keeps senior management informed of all actions.
• Be aware of trends of the share markets.
• Identifies proactively major customers’
demands and implements solutions to satisfy them.
• Draws up and manages major initiatives to lead
the market.
Knowledge,
Skills and Experience Required:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
•
10 years or more experience in local shares department
of a competitive bank –trading and sales consultant.
• Wide knowledge of financial products.
•
Aware of market competitive environment – strengths
and weaknesses-.
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language.
•
Proven sales track record.
•
Personal clients’ portfolio is desirable but not
required.
•
Bachelors degree in Finance or related fields. Masters
degree would be an additional qualification.
