Our
client is one of the leading Real Estate Finance &
Investment company experiencing rapid growth with huge
investment scope of work and vision.
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged
in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent
accounts of customers by performing the following duties
personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
• Supervising the construction process from the
conceptual development stage through final construction
by planning and managing all on-site construction activities
and ensuring its execution in adherence to the plans
at the required quality, standards and specifications
and within the defined timeframe, in addition to overseeing
the arrival and utilization of materials and equipments.
• Managing the execution of construction plans
using the specified resources and equipment, planning
and following up day-to-day activities and programs.
• Supervising all on-site operations including
land clearing, landscaping, building construction, excavation
and erection of structural framework…etc, and
ensuring its implementation in alignment with the project
plans and within the specified budget.
• Ensuring that all operations are being held
as per the standard construction methods and procedures
and complies with standards and regulations, and taking
all safety precautions, permits and licenses prior to
work execution.
• Leading the completion of all required tasks
on time and requesting modifications in plans and schedules
when needed.
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to the
project's activities and achievements to be submitted
to the Project Manager.
• Specifying manpower requirements according to
recruitment and selection and human resources planning
practices.
• Participating in determining training needs
of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training
courses in coordination with the concerned human resources
personnel.
• Following-up employee affairs including vacations,
leaves …etc.
• Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates
according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary
actions as per the applied practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
•
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Seven years
of experience in construction, at least ten of which
in working on-site.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
•
Professional knowledge in resources management.
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken English
and Arabic languages.
