Our
client is one of the leading Real Estate Finance &
Investment company experiencing rapid growth with huge
investment scope of work and vision.
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged
in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent
accounts of customers by performing the following duties
personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
• Handling the responsibility for the delivery,
profitability and quality of the project outcomes by
overseeing and managing all policies and procedures
related to day-to-day operations, establishing adequate
standards for excellence and performance indicators
to evaluate overall project performance against project
objectives and ensuring that all functions are being
run in a timely and professional manner.
• Participating in implementing and transforming
policies, goals and plans into medium and short-term
plans to ensure internal work development and productivity
increase.
• Participating in the development of the project’s
work plan; distributing and following-up on work activities
and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work
methods and procedures.
• Suggesting plans and programs that strive to
boost the effectiveness of the project's execution.
• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates
to ensure that priorities are clear and actions are
running smoothly.
• Developing methods, procedures and plans for
all project related functions such as construction,
procurement, administration, health and safety, and
leading the associated implementation and supervision.
• Managing and controlling all tasks and activities
of the project at all stages and conditions in order
to ensure delivering project's outcomes within the required
timeframe, budget and quality.
• Studying and analyzing new projects and building
contract documents, and developing execution plans and
programs, as well as supervising work execution and
using various time management tools and methods to control
changes to project's schedule.
• Assisting in pricing new tenders, preparing
project's budget, approving subcontractors, tenders,
purchase orders, materials submittal, and controlling
payments to subcontractors.
• Monitoring and controlling work activities to
ensure that the project is managed in a safe and professional
manner, undertaken in compliance with all contractual
requirements and executed at the required performance
level.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
•
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Twelve
years of experience in project management.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
•
Professional knowledge in construction methods and procedures.
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken English
and Arabic languages.
