succession planning, leadership development and training.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
•
Implement HR functions and administration
• Acknowledges, reads, screens and forwards job
applications to applicants and Department Managers in
a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinates responses to grievances and employee
complaints and implementing HR administration.
• Administration of personnel files, information
system update, HR database update and other administrative
tasks as required.
• Acts as a first point of contact for employee
complaints, redirecting employee to department if the
problem appears to be more appropriately handled within
the department, or may open the complaint for investigation.
• Provide assistance in developing and managing
of documentation and record keeping / filing system
• Examine new recruitments documents such as standard
forms, contracts, credentials etc
Knowledge,
Skills and Experience Required:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of
2 years experience in HR functions..
• Bachelors Degree with focus on Administration
or Business or Marketing.
•
Very good communication skills in both Arabic and English
language.
• Computer software knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel,
Word, Outlook, Internet).
• Experience in a multicultural environment preferred
