Responsible for planning, developing and implementing
strategic and tactical product development and launching
strategies in Business development and Marketing activities
within the company’s general strategic directions
of the Retail and Corporate Group,
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for development of Products for
Corporate & Retail Clients.
• Responsible for building marketing volume through
our existing relationships as well as developing new
ones.
• Build and market the company as a brand that
supports other key businesses (brokerage, asset management,
investment banking).
• Supervise the design, the development &
the comprehensive implementation of all assets and liability
products, including but not limited to: marketing, advertising
& promotional pricing, strategies aimed at increasing
market share, product visibility, growth and profit
for the Retail and Corporate Products.
• Leveraged seasoned expertise in fine-tuning
of products in coordination with Sales team to maximize
competitiveness.
• Determine the target market and do complete
market segmentation.
• Plan, direct and coordinate consumer marketing
research activities and integrate its findings for new
product launches and advertising strategies.
• Propose and manage the individual product communication
and sales management strategy and implement the same
in line with Bank’s required standard for communication
to ensure proper product reach and smooth product delivery
to target markets.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting for the Retail
and CoRporate Products and Businesses.
• Plan, coordinate and manage special events and
campaigns to enhance revenue.
• Research / investigate product business plans
and analyze growth, report demographic trends and market
insights and business forecasting.
• Assess, analyze the training requirements and
conduct training programs for the branches and sales
units for achieving the sales objectives / goals.
Knowledge,
Skills and Experience Required:
• Must have a minimum of 5 – 7 years experience
in the financial services industry
• Must posses skill set & experience to develop
a Priority / Private Banking offering for High Net Worth
clients.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications,
Marketing, or related field, Masters degree preferred
• Must be dynamic, hardworking, creative and be
willing to take ownership of all client related issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
as well as sound judgment and strategic thinking are
a must.
