The
worldwide leader in networking for the Internet and
Telecom is looking for Head of Marketing Department.
The
Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing
and executing the marketing plan and go-to-market strategies
and tactics in the GCC. The Senior Marketing Manager
will also establish alliance relationships with Cisco
Marketing and Strategic partners. The Senior Marketing
Manager is held accountable for achieving the revenue,
operating expense, and margin goals of the GCC business
by creating and executing campaigns in all channels,
including Retail, E-Commerce, VAR, Distributor, and
Service Provider. Campaigns should win market share
while supporting the worldwide branding, positioning
and messaging.
Specific
Responsibilities:
•
Creating and implementing the GCC Marketing plan, including
the objectives, strategies and tactics for each channel
utilizing both internal and outsourced resources.
• Build the quarterly Marketing Plan defining
tactical campaigns based on the new product roadmap
and overall corporate focus. Campaigns include driving
content for advertising, and defining and delivering
retail, VAR, and distributor promotions and programs,
including merchandising.
• Propose and drive marketing activities and programs
to capture market share from dominant competitors.
• Drive and implement a lead generation program
which engages business customers with Partner Connection
Resellers.
• Lead the Strategic Alliances with key partners
to gain Linksys a dominant and exclusive competitive
advantage , including co-marketing activities, co-messaging,
and development plans.
• Prepare and execute the GCC Corporate Marketing
Budget, with responsibility for achieving OpEx goals.
• Summarize and interpret Market Share data and
provide reporting to sales, marketing, and senior management.
• Whenever possible, leverage Marketing worldwide
best practices to minimize Marketing expense and make
the most of scarce resources. Leverage US marketing
resources before outsourcing.
• Track ROI for key elements in the Marketing
Budget.
