Our client a major telecom operator in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Analyst to develop the Performance Evaluation function of the Business Units, including contribution to the design, composition and integrity of reports.

Out client is looking senior analyst for Fixed Line Business Unit, Mobile Business Unit, Data Business Unit, Wholesale Business Unit.

Responsibilities
1. Develop the Performance Evaluation function of the Business Unit, including contribution to the design, composition and integrity of reports.

2. Lead and supervise the production of timely and comprehensive reports for senior management

3. Develop Business Unit performance analysis tools using KPI's, business plans, industry benchmarks and budgets.

4. Build effective working relationships with other internal departments (including staff within the Business Unit and from the Finance Sector) and ensure close cooperation.

5. Follow up evaluation issues with the Business Unit. Monitor them and ensure that proper resolution takes place.

6. Represent the performance evaluation function on key finance initiatives as needed.

7. Lead, develop. Supervise and train staff.

8. Perform ad hoc analysis of the Business Unit, as required.

Reporting to:
Manager, Business Units Evaluation

Experience and qualification:
1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) including 5 years' relevant post qualification experience on a Western environment, 2 of which must be at a senior level in a telecoms service provider with specific responsibility for Wholesale

2. Proven Management experience

3. Excellent report writing skills, including submissions to the Senior Management

4. Self starter with the ability to thin through ideas and influence others.

5. Goal orientated and deadline focused.

6. Ability to work in a team and contribute to discussions

7. Diplomatic in approach and persuasion.
