Principal
Accountabilities:
•
Creating and implementing the GCC Marketing plan,
including the objectives, strategies and tactics for
each channel utilizing both internal and outsourced
resources.
• Build the quarterly Marketing Plan defining
tactical campaigns based on the new product roadmap
and overall corporate focus. Campaigns include driving
content for advertising, and defining and delivering
retail, VAR, and distributor promotions and programs,
including merchandising.
• Propose and drive marketing activities and
programs to capture market share from dominant competitors.
• Drive and implement a lead generation program
which engages business customers with Partner Connection
Resellers.
• Lead the Strategic Alliances with key partners
to gain Linksys a dominant and exclusive competitive
advantage , including co-marketing activities, co-messaging,
and development plans.
• Prepare and execute the GCC Corporate Marketing
Budget, with responsibility for achieving OpEx goals.
• Summarize and interpret Market Share data
and provide reporting to sales, marketing, and senior
management.
• Whenever possible, leverage Marketing worldwide
best practices to minimize Marketing expense and make
the most of scarce resources. Leverage US marketing
resources before outsourcing.
• Track ROI for key elements in the Marketing
Budget.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
•
Atleast 5 years experience in marketing.
•
Superior written, oral and interpersonal & presentation
skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to gain consensus among other managers,
often involving sensitive situations.
• Excellent project management, negotiation
and decision-making and problem Solving.
• Exercises broad independent judgment.
• Tackles complex issues in creative ways and
uses originality, ingenuity and expertise to create
effective and lasting solutions.
• Able to synthesize complex technical or market
issues, develop insights into and solutions for those
challenges and gain acceptance and commitment from
others.
• Saudi National.
