One of the new international banks in Saudi Arabia is look for VP for the Corporate Finance.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Set business plans to market and sell the Corporate Finance services in lin with Company's strategic goals and directions.
2. Manages and develops client relationships.
3. Identifies, evaluates and closes business transactions.
4. Ensures that policies and guidelines are adhered to and strictly followed.
5. Conducts site visits to clients to assess businesses transactions.
6. Overseas the management of private placements, subscriptions and underwriting services to Company's clients.
7. Manages the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and other fund raising activities for the Bank's clients.
8. Provides counsel and advice to the Bank on all Arranging and Underwriting services and products.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

1. MBA
2. Atleast 7 years experience in corporate finance.
3. Knowledge of business strategy is necessary to develop short and long term objectives.
4. Good theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and global markets.
5. Experience in project management techniques.
6. Leadership and organisational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members.
7. Strong analytical background and problem solving skills.
8. Ability to manage, develop and monitor staff.
