Training Evaluation Specialist - Riyadh,

Our
client a major telecom operator in Saudi Arabia is seeking
a Training Evaluation Specialist to Conduct evaluation
studies of training solutions, learning strategies,
policies and projects; maintain learning effectiveness.
Principal
Accountabilities:
1.
Provide operational support to ensure lessons from
evaluations are incorporated in learning strategy,
design and delivery of training.
2. Preparing syllabus for training courses and training
programs.
3. Participates in analysis studies to determine training
needs within organization.
4. Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional
methods such as individual training, group trainings,
lecturers, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and
workshops.
5. Conduct training sessions.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
1.
Masters Degree from recognized western universities.
2. Atleast 5 years experience in conducting training
programs.
3. Fluent English
4. Computer skills.
5. Ability to study, research and to prepare training
reports.
