Training and Development Manager -
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Principal
Accountabilities:
1.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs
or modify and improve existing programs.
2. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development
programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of
methods such as classroom training, demonstrations,
on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
through training by the incumbent, internal or external
resources.
3. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia
visual aids, and other educational materials, testing
and evaluation procedures.
4. Ensure that an effective performance review process
is in place that both focuses upon the performance
management requirements of the business and allows
appropriate interface with employees in respect of
their own performance development, and follow up with
line management to survey, diagnose and analyze organizational
problems
5. Maintain succession plan or benchmark strength
for the group to ensure that the organization is effectively
resourced for the future in line with management development
and career planning objectives as well as future demands
of the business.
6. Evaluate internal and external instructor performance
and the effectiveness of training programs, providing
recommendations for improvement.
7. Train instructors and supervisors in techniques
and skills for training and dealing with employees.
8. Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job
training for new hires.
9. Prepare training budget for department or organization.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
1.
Degree in HR Management or Business, preferably with
major in Training or OD
2. Relevant experience of at least 5 years in a training
department
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills,
bilingualism strongly preferred
4. Background in FMCG or Beverage industry preferred
