Our client is Pepsi-Cola, which is the world's most famous #2 multi-billion dollar brand.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Formulate, maintain and ensure implementation of Finance policies and procedures relating collection, AR, pricing, and fixed assets as per CFO directions.
2. Ensure implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.
3. Ensure that company assets are safeguarded through strong internal controls; periodic audit to check physical presence and tags; adequate insurance; and complete inventory of assets every three years.
4. Ensure month end and year end closing , accruals and provisions are made in line with Sipco policy.
5. Manage processing of daily transactions.
6. Monitor all company key performance indicators and key financial ratios
7. Work with IT to enhance system capabilities
8. Manage department staff and ensure adequate capacity through training and development
9. Develop and implement BPT with approval of CFO

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

1. Graduate with CPA / CA from reputable firm
2. 6 to 8 years of controllership experience in a large organization
3. Good knowledge of local Statutory laws, IAS and USGAAP
4. Fluent in English and working knowledge of Arabic
5. Proficient in computer skills
6. Good interpersonal skills
7. Good analytical skills
