Our client is Pepsi-Cola, which is the world's most famous #2 multi-billion dollar brand.

Principal Accountabilities:

• To provide Administration and some HR services support to the organization employees within the bounds of overall company policy and procedure.
Manage and execute all maintenance activities and facilities of Sipco (painting, electrical, water etc.)
• Manage office services (office equipment and furniture, stationery), and procurement
• Manage collection and distribution of mail
• Build and sustain good relations with the various government entities such as (but not limited to) the labor department, Immigration and airport authorities.
• Manage and ensure flawless operation of the incoming mail collection and distribution.
• Manage and coordinate all police related matters on the employee as well as the organization level.
• Oversee the process of expatriate employees' documentation such as, new Iqama, Iqama transfer and renewal, etc….
• Provide support and guidance to all expatriate employees on matters relating to their residency in the Kingdom.
• Provide functional support to remote HR locations as needed.
• Ensure compliance of remote regions with approved HR practices and policies.
• Oversee and support remote HR locations in maintaining good relations with government entities.
• Support OED Director in planning and budgeting for Administrative requirements as part of the annual planning process.
• Create and sustain and customer service oriented team spirit among his subordinates.
• Ensure high level of service is provided to employees, management and departments.
• Establish an archiving system for all company aging document according the legal requirement of the Kingdom.
• Plan and manage the housing needs of company employees who reside in company owned premises
• Manage the coordination transportation requirements to and from company of staff members living in company housing.
• Supervise the issuance of tickets for personal and business travel according to company policy


Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience with good management & interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in using PC & MS office.
• Capability of solving problems, Initiation, and flexible team oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English is a must and Arabic is highly desired.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
