Our client a major telecom operator in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Investment Manger.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Setup of an implementation team (SIU / external advisors) to handle the integration setup
• Implement the acquisition setup by sorting administrative and legal issues
• Assessment of organizational set-ups and processes, selection and implementation
• Adapt management team and appoint liaison staff
• Setup control structure and define reporting procedures
• Appoint board members (and get approval from the Investment Committee)
• Preparation of monthly and annual reporting
• Implementation of KPIs
• Ensure Compliance with regulatory reporting
• Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  

Communications and Working Relationships:

• Work closely with the General Manager - Investment Management
• Interface with STC BU sponsor that is managing the operational integration

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferably with masters in business administration
• 8 years of public accounting experience, including significant experience with financial statement and disclosure preparation
• At least 2 years experience in operational controlling and / or performance improvement department of a large corporation
• Generalist skills in transaction implementation, and managing financial, legal and administrative proceedings
• 8-10 years of corporate accounting experience in a large organization
• Experience in financial and profitability analysis
• Timely and accurate preparation of all financial statements and management reports and analysis
• Proven experience in project management and problem solving
• Technical Expertise- in-depth knowledge of Financial tools and functions
• Advanced computer literacy (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources, probes/considers all of the facts
• Able to operate with limited guidance from management
