is looking for Recruitment and Personnel Officer.
Key
Responsibilities
Responsible
for arranging and managing all office related issues;
this will include general correspondence and back-up
for HR Manager Work.
•
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure
that the staffing needs are met.
• Analyze business plans to determine likely future
staffing needs.
• Maintain comprehensive organization chart and
staffing lists to identify current staffing.
• Develop and maintain information systems to
ensure the accurate collection and maintenance of staffing
data.
• Identifies legal requirements and government
reporting regulations affecting human resources functions
and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are
in compliance.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees
to fill vacant positions.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation
to promote positive attitude toward company goals.
• Keeps records of benefits plans participation
such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires,
promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations,
and employee statistics for reporting.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing,
hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution
of employee relations issues.
• Conducts salary surveys within saudi market
to determine competitive salary rate.
• Prepares budget of human resources operations.
• Contracts with outside suppliers to provide
employee services, such as canteen, transportation,
or relocation service.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Bachelors Degree
•
Computer Skills
•
High-level skills in numerical and statistical.
•
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 –
7 years commercial HR experience with senior level
Relationship Management experience. Must be able to
demonstrate strategic, change management experience
and the ability to drive, coordinate and influence
the development of a performance culture. Banking
sector experience although advantageous is not essential.
This role will report directly to the Head of Human
Resources and Administration.
