One of the leading banks in Saudi Arabia is looking for Brokerage Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall Management and control of Investmernt Back Office activities both for local and International ensuring effective application of the Bank' s policies and procedures.
• Improve and enhance operating systems and procedures on an ongoing basis to meet future business
  challenges. Provide guidance, direction and leadershipto staff in understanding the tasks of the Department.
• Develop, refine and implement operation Risk Management processes within Investment Operations for identification, measurement, evaluation and reporting of Operation and Systems risk on a timely Basis.
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• BS / BA Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
• Professional Accounting qualifications
• Thorough knowledge of all types of Investments, such as Funds, Local & International shares
• Have knowledge of System treatment with different products ,booking of transactions interest accruals, payments of Dividends and settlemts.
• Well versant with the various products like Mutual Funds,Equity Fund, Islamic Fund etc...
• At least seven to ten years experience in the banking industry – managing processes and people.
• Articulate with competent all round communication skills
• Ability to manage and train staff and ability to work under pressure .
