Responsible
for creation and developing a Training culture within
Bank through identifying training needs, planning, developing
and conducting training programs through use of internal
and external trainers in all areas including banking
and any other soft skills. Additionally, this position
will be responsible for identifying and developing a
talent pool for the organisation that will create the
necessary bench-strength for the future.
Minimum Requirements
The
Candidate should have the following profile :
Knowledge,
Skills & Experience
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written
– English & Arabic)
• Certified Trainer
•
Self starter and easily adaptable to various demands
in a new environment.
• 5 – 7 experience as Trainer in Multinational
enviornment in the area of banking and soft Skills.
• Experience in the use of databases, Microsoft
Office software and experience in the use of new training
methodologies such as E-Learning, etc
• Effective time management and project management
skills
